These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of anudinam.in and the Anudinam Android app (together, the “Service”), operated by Anudinam. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What Anudinam Provides
Anudinam computes and displays Tamil Panchangam (Vedic calendar) information – Thithi, Nakshatram, Yogam, Karanam, Vasaram, Masam, Samvatsaram, and related auspicious/inauspicious timings – based on data sourced from agasthiar.org and standard astronomical calculations for your chosen location. This information is provided for personal, informational, and devotional reference purposes only.
Not Professional or Religious Advice
Anudinam is an informational tool, not a substitute for guidance from a qualified priest, astrologer, or religious authority. Decisions about ceremonies, muhurtams, or other significant life events should be confirmed with a qualified professional. We make reasonable efforts to keep timings accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free.
Your Account
Some features (personalized location, notification preferences, event submissions) require logging in with your mobile number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure, since it is how we verify it is you.
Submitting Event Listings
If you submit a festival/event listing through the app or site, it is reviewed by an administrator before it is published – submitting a listing does not guarantee it will appear on the calendar. We may edit, reject, or remove any submitted listing at our discretion, for example if it is inaccurate, inappropriate, or spam.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service – including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false or abusive content, or using another person’s mobile number without their permission.
No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anudinam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
