Activity: • Offer garlands of glass bangles tied in banana stem fiber (dip the bangles in lukewarm water containing a pinch of turmeric powder before making the garland) to any Amman. Pray for a peaceful marital life and Deergha Sumangalithvam. Donate these bangles to girls and women, especially to those who are pregnant for their safety and a safe delivery.
• Both husband and wife should carry a jackfruit on their head and offer it as neivedhyam. Then, soak the slices of this jackfruit in honey and offer to Amman.
• Other offerings can be yellow vasthram, pure kumkum and deepa daanam.

• Worship Sri Andal with flowers, garlands and tulsi. Chant this gayathri mantra:
ॐ वृन्दावनजनन्यै च विद्महे कृष्णप्रियायै धीमहि । तन्नो गोदा प्रचोदयात् ॥

• Offer payasam made of groundnut to Gomathi Amman and distribute to devotees.
